Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies only to purchases made on ‘bblüv Malaysia Cfficial Website’ (bbluv.my). Any circumstances not covered by this policy will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis.  

All returns and price adjustments are subject to validation and approval at bblüv’s discretion. 

To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, bblüv reserves the right to request valid photo ID for the purposes of validating customer information when processing a return or exchange. 


How to Return or Exchange

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must notify us within 7 days from the date you receive the item. If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, or you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will refund or exchange the product after receiving the returned item.  
  • Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered and must have all tickets attached. Not applicable on final sale items.
  • You must provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To return your order by mail you must include a printout of the following information in your package. If you cannot print your return details, clearly write out your information on a sheet of paper. Without this information, your package will be mailed back to you:
    1. First & Last Name
    2. Order Number
    3. Phone Number
    4. Email Address (used to place your order)
  • Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured carrier service. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via bank transfer/ store credit. You also can choose to exchange with a new product of the same value (subject to stock availability).  
  • For refunds, you will be credited the full value of the product, excluding delivery costs.
  • Please allow at least 3 to 5 working days (excluding Public Holidays) for us to process your refund.
  • You will receive your refund within a stipulated number of days, depending on your card issuer's or bank’s policies.
